Mission
After a first IT strategy and blueprint conducted 2 years ago, ECAB wanted to update its IT strategy following a change in legislation which requires them to change their infrastructure provider.

Solution
We updated the inventory, identified target scenarios and co-constructed a roadmap for the next 2 years with a prioritized list of projects and a budget orientation.
